WATERVILLE, OH | 2023 GMC AcadiaAugust 13, 2025While it was no one's fault, I was there too long. I was told about an hour for the oil change so I planned on waiting. I also had a loose camera that they did not have the part for the last time. I asked if that was in and she did not know but would find out. An hour and fifteen minutes later, she calls and tells me he has the part in hand, and it will be another 45 minutes. She asked if I wanted to wait, and I figured why not. Another hour and fifteen minutes later, another call saying it will be at least another 45 minutes because there is an update that needs to be run. At this point, I did take advantage of your shuttle. The miscommunication/lack of communication was frustrating.
